Intended Use	Nucleic Acid Extraction Reagent (Magnetic Bead Method)
Detection Principle	The specimens are lysed with LB Buffer to release DNA/RNA. The lysate is applied to a magnet, where the DNA/RNA binds to the magnetic beads and impurities are removed with Wash Buffer. The purified DNA/RNA is eluted in TE Buffer.

Workflow

Reagen Preparation, Mix the plate upside down several times, and gently shake or centrifuge to keep reagents at the bottom of wells. Before use, carefully tear off the aluminum foil sealing film to avoid vibration and prevent liquid sputtering.

Automated extraction step

Add 200μl sample to the 1st and 7th columns of the tubes or plates, respectively.
Edit and run the experiment progam
After the experiment program is finished, please move the extracted products located at 6th and 12th into nuclease-free tubes, stored at -20°C
