DNA/RNA Extraction Kit (Magnetic Bead, Automation)

Detection Principle

The specimens are lysed with LB Buffer to release DNA/RNA. The lysate is applied to a magnet, where
the DNA/RNA binds to the magnetic beads and impurities are removed with Wash Buffer. The purified DNA/RNA is eluted in TE Buffer.
