• Description White or almost white crystalline powder. Slowly becoming pink on exposure to air.
• Solubility 2.5 gm sample + 62 ml acetone + 13 ml of water gives clear and pale yellow coloured solution.
• Minimum Assay (HPLC) 98.0%
• Melting point 168 – 170°C
• Sensitivity to Chromate To pass the test.
