SCS Dip Coating systems, which are available in free-standing floor or tabletop models, are specifically designed for production applications that do not require large in-line systems

• P-3201 a stand-alone floor model with a 19″ x 25″ tank, and thePL-3201, a tabletop unit designed for lab and short-run operations, has a 14″ x 18″ coating tank
• Can be used to apply urethane, epoxy, silicone and acrylic coatings as well as photo-resists and solder mask materials to printed circuit boards
• Stationary tank and an air-over-oil cylinder mechanism to move circuit assemblies into and out of the coating tank
• Immersion and withdrawal rates are independently adjustable, and multiple boards can be handled simultaneously
• Optional inert gas blanket mechanism over the coating tank to restrict the loss of fumes and volatiles
• Meet National Fire Class I, Group D explosion-proof standard for a Division 1 environment
